Dom José, 2095, Batel, Curitiba (PR), 80440-080, Brazil, ("we", "our" or "us"), is the holder of the Brogota Platform, which aims to bring the main elements of ABS (Access and Benefit-Sharing) legislation around the world in a integrated search system and automated platform.

Brogota Platform's Privacy Policy is meant to help users to understand what information we collect and how do we use, disclose and safeguard personal data concerning the use of our website and services. We are strongly committed to protecting users' privacy and ensuring a safe online experience.

By using our platform, you understand and acknowledge that your information will be processed and stored by GSS in Brazil and service providers, cloud providers, and or affiliates in other jurisdictions.

In the event of any controversy or dispute between GSS and you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Brogota Platform, the parties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve it extrajudicially. In case it is not possible to reach an agreement, the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.

You and GSS agree that the applicable to all disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy will be exclusively the Brazilian law, regardless of conflict of law provisions or principles between countries. In any case, the consumer protection law is applicable, and the Brazilian one is prioritized.

Under Brazil's territory, the jurisdiction and competent judicial forum will be the one of Curitiba, Parana, where GSS has its headquarters.
